Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain PRIVO’s websites and set up campaign landing pages as needed
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Content Writer to create and maintain a highly effective social and engagement calendar, including an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Build company best practices across our digital marketing and social channels
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to create campaign talking points, social media toolkits, and other communication strategy documents to support customer engagement and SEO
  • Report on key marketing metrics and results
  • Help design and implement marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Conduct and collect market research, which will include identifying and analyzing competitors and new opportunities
  • Assist with promotional materials and presentations
  • Coordinate PRIVO’s participation at conferences and events
  • Support sales and business development
  • Manage daily activities of marketing interns
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers
  • Manage PRIVO’s enews
  • Assist with marketing activities as it relates to PRIVO’s clients
  • Play an integral role with PRIVO’s use of HubSpot company wide

This position will directly report to the VP of Marketing Communications but will work across the organization to help support all departments and the executive team.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors or master’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferably marketing, communications or business administration
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literate and tech savvy
  • Demonstrable experience of online environments including use of mobile apps and websites popular amongst youth
  • Previous experience working in HubSpot is a plus and/or any other CRM platforms.
  • Past experience managing social media accounts and campaigns
  • Forward-looking and creative thinker
  • Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills with high ethical standards
  • Persuasive and effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and justify costs and expenses
  • Successful in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership


Full time, remote
