As a neutral third-party, PRIVO, which has been granted Safe Harbor status under COPPA, is developing the Global Kid ID Network. The Global Kid ID Network is being designed to address the industry-wide privacy issue of controlling access to personal information and content for multiple age groups, including the U13 segment that is specifically addressed by COPPA.
